The high quality of our products is the result of combining high quality raw materials, traditional curing processes and a unique local microclimate that allows a slow curing of the hams and chorizos in natural cellars.
Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) Guijuelo
Our hams are PDO Guijuelo certified, fulfilling all requirements required by this organization, of which we are active members since its creation in 1986.
All of our products, both hams and chorizos, fulfill the quality standards required by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment in relation to Iberian products.
The loin we produce also obtained the quality certification given by the certifying organisation HYCER, specialised on iberian products.
