The quality of life, the care and feeding of the Iberian pigs are essential for us. The iberian pork meat used in our products come from pasture-raised pigs raised in the dehesas of Salamanca and Extremadura.
Our pigs are fed naturally, being the basis of their feeding the acorns and other various wild fruits found in the pastures of the dehesa.
Cured in Natural Cellars
Our hams and chorizos are cured in natural cellars using natural curing processes giving them the time they need to acquire the tastes and aromas that only care, time and quality can provide.
